Pointing Technology To The Masses

Its Blu-ray all the way. 70% of high definition discs sold in Q1 2007 were Blu-ray, way ahead of rival format HD-DVD. Blu-ray which was released months after HD-DVD, now clocks a sale of 1.2 million discs as against 937,500 HD-DVDs.

With the patronage of major studios like Sony, Blu-ray surely has a distinct edge over HD-DVD.
