I have listened to both hometheater systems and headphones, and i must admit they are nothing special. Rather considering the atrocious prices they should be called poor. Treatment of high frequencies as well as the mid-range ones is not upto the mark. For audiophiles I would recommend Yamaha (home theaters) and Sennheiser (headphones - high range).
