MTNL has recently entered into a strategic alliance with Time Warner’s portal division AOL to launch a portal aol.mtnl.in. AOL will bring its services and content to the MTNL customers in India via this co-branded portal. It will offer AOL services like

  • easy to use email
  • instant messenger
  • live content, news, videos and music

Some of the MTNL services in the pact will be:

  • tariff plans
  • costumer care
